Synopse
Im Mittelalter setzen die Wikingerkrieger ihre Raubzüge an der englischen Küste fort. Bei einem solchen Überfall tötet der Wikingerführer Ragnar den englischen König und zwingt sich der Königin auf. Mit dem Tod des Königs besteigt sein Bruder den Thron, aber nur ein treuer Diener weiß, dass die Königin nun ein Kind erwartet. Um den Jungen zu schützen, wird er fortgeschickt, um in Sicherheit fernab vom neuen König aufgezogen zu werden.
Zwanzig Jahre später plündern die Wikinger unter der Führung von Ragnar immer noch England und haben nun einen Engländer namens Egbert, der Karten der englischen Küste für sie erstellt. Ragnar hat einen Sohn, Einar, einen lüsternen Krieger, der nimmt, was er will, wann er will. Sie haben auch einen Sklaven, Eric, der als Säugling gefangen genommen wurde. Egbert erkennt anhand einer Halskette, die Eric trägt, dass er der Sohn der Königin ist und Einars Halbbruder.
Als sie Morgana, eine walisische Schönheit und die Verlobte des englischen Königs, entführen, ist die Bühne für einen unvermeidlichen Zusammenstoß zwischen den Halbbrüdern und dem amtierenden englischen König bereitet.
