Synopse

Als Denny Colt, Detective der Central City Police Department, einen Attentatsversuch von Kriminellen überlebt, wird er von der Öffentlichkeit immer noch für tot gehalten. Er beschließt, dies zu seinem Vorteil zu nutzen, da er als "Toter" nicht den Regeln unterliegt, die normale Polizisten binden. Dazu rüstet er ein verlassenes Grabmal auf einem Friedhof zu Wohn- und Hauptquartier aus und bereitet sich auf eine neue Karriere vor. Damit wird er zum Geist, einem mysteriösen Verbrechensbekämpfer, dessen einziges Kostüm ein blauer Business-Anzug, ein Fedora-Hut und eine kleine Augenmaske sind. Sein erster großer Fall bringt ihn gegen P'Gell, eine Femme fatal, die kriminelle Absichten in der Stadt hat.
