Valerian is looking for something; his life, his past and his future. Aimlessly he runs through the streets of Berlin and saves Sunny, Julie and Anna from committing suicide. By accident?
They start to trust him, fall for him and see new hope, a new future in him. But the more the three women turn back to life, the more Valerian separates from it. What they don't know is that Valerian is only trying to forget his past. A painful, depressing past. Only Marie could give him salvation, but she doesn't want to talk to him. She too has been stamped by their common past.
