Synopsis

Following the Thompsons' departure from Springwood County, the Walsh Family occupies the house on 1428 Elm Street.

But five years after Nancy's long night of terror in A Nightmare on Elm Street (1984), unsuspecting Jesse is also experiencing hair-raising paranormal events inside the house.

And plagued by increasingly vivid and horrifying nightmares, Jesse eventually meets the dark source of his recurring ordeal: the steel-clawed Freddy Krueger, the dream master.

This time, the disfigured ethereal slasher has revenge etched on his rotten mind.

As a result, fresh young blood stains the neighbourhood red.

Can a handful of teenagers thwart Freddy's plans to leave the dream realm and ravage the physical world?
