Synopsis

American Dad! is an animated sitcom that follows the life of Stan Smith, a conservative CIA agent, and his eccentric family. Stan is dedicated to protecting his country and upholding his conservative values, often leading to hilarious situations. His wife, Francine, is a stay-at-home mom who is supportive of Stan but also has a wild side. Their children, Hayley and Steve, are polar opposites - Hayley is a liberal activist while Steve is a nerdy and insecure teenager. The family also includes Roger, an alien who lives with them and enjoys disguising himself in various personas, and Klaus, a goldfish with the brain of a German Olympic skier. Together, they navigate through absurd and outrageous adventures while tackling political and social issues.
