Um Lobisomem Americano em Londres

Synopsis

An American Werewolf in London

Two American friends David & Jack are taking a walking holiday through Northern England and are attacked by a Werewolf. Jack is ripped to shreds and David survives but is badly scarred. David wakes up a week later in a hospital in London and is upset to hear of his friend's passing. He begins to have nightmares and visions of running wild through the woods.

He becomes very close to one of the nurses, Alex, and when discharged he stays with her in her flat in London. He begins to get a visit from his dead friend Jack who warns him that he will become a Werewolf at the next full moon and must take his own life. Thinking he's crazy he ignores all of Jack's warnings. Sure enough he transforms when the moon is full and goes on a murderous rampage through London.

Thomas Allen
1/10

The soundtrack of An American Werewolf in London felt outdated and lacked the intensity needed to enhance the suspenseful and terrifying scenes in the movie. The music didn't effectively build tension or create a sense of fear, ultimately diminishing the impact of the werewolf transformation scenes.

Robert Robinson
4/10

Additionally, some of the musical choices in the soundtrack seemed disjointed and out of place, detracting from the overall immersion of the film. The abrupt shifts in tone and style within the music took away from the cohesiveness of the movie-watching experience, making it difficult to fully engage with the story and characters.

Robert Anderson
8/10

Overall, the soundtrack of An American Werewolf in London is a standout feature of the film, elevating the entire viewing experience with its carefully curated selection of music.

Steven White
7/10

The soundtrack features a mix of classic rock songs and original score, blending seamlessly to create a unique and memorable sound. The contrast between the different musical styles enhances the contrast between the human and monstrous elements of the story.

Steven Williams
7/10

The use of music in key scenes, such as the transformation sequences, adds an extra layer of intensity and emotion to the storytelling. The combination of sound effects and music creates a chilling atmosphere that stays with the audience long after the movie is over.
