Synopsis

Angel Has Fallen is a 2019 American action thriller film directed by Ric Roman Waugh. It is the third installment in the Fallen film series, following Olympus Has Fallen (2013) and London Has Fallen (2016).

The film stars Gerard Butler as United States Secret Service agent Mike Banning, who is framed for an attack on the President of the United States, Allan Trumbull, played by Morgan Freeman. Banning must evade his own agency and the FBI as he tries to uncover the real threat and clear his name.

Angel Has Fallen received mixed reviews from critics, with praise for the action sequences and Butler's performance, but criticism for its predictable plot. Despite this, the film was a box office success, grossing over $147 million worldwide.

If you're a fan of action-packed thrillers with a strong lead performance, Angel Has Fallen is definitely worth a watch. Gerard Butler delivers another solid performance as the tough and resourceful Mike Banning, making this film a satisfying conclusion to the Fallen trilogy.
