Synopsis

Blade of the Immortal is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Hiroaki Samura. The story follows Manji, a skilled samurai who becomes immortal after a witch curses him with eternal life.

Manji is haunted by the memory of his sister's brutal murder and seeks redemption by vowing to kill 1000 evil men to atone for his past sins. He is approached by a young girl named Rin Asano, who seeks revenge against a group of swordsmen who killed her parents. Manji agrees to help Rin in her quest for vengeance.
