Synopsis

Ares is a science fiction novel written by Andy Weir, the author of The Martian. The story follows a former soldier named Jasmine Bashara, who goes by the nickname Jazz, living in a city on the moon called Artemis. Jazz is a smuggler who gets caught up in a dangerous conspiracy when she is offered a lucrative job that could change her life.

Artemis is a city that relies on tourism and the mining of aluminum to survive. Jazz's job involves sabotaging the city's primary industry, which puts her in the crosshairs of powerful forces who will stop at nothing to protect their interests. As Jazz navigates the dangerous world of Artemis, she must use all of her skills and resourcefulness to survive.

Ares is a fast-paced and thrilling novel that explores themes of greed, corruption, and the lengths people will go to in order to secure their own future. With its engaging protagonist and intricate world-building, Ares is a must-read for fans of science fiction and adventure stories.
