Synopsis

"Bamboozled" is a film directed by Spike Lee that tells the story of a frustrated black television writer named Pierre Delacroix. Pierre comes up with a controversial idea to create a modern-day minstrel show featuring black actors in blackface. The show becomes a surprise hit, but Pierre soon realizes the negative impact it has on society and his own moral values. As the show spirals out of control, Pierre must confront the consequences of his actions and decide whether to continue with the show or take a stand against it.
