Synopsis

"Beau Travail" is a 1999 film directed by Claire Denis. The movie follows the story of Galoup, a French Foreign Legion officer stationed in Djibouti. Galoup becomes obsessed with a new recruit named Sentain, who outshines him in both physical and social abilities. As Galoup's jealousy grows, he starts to plot against Sentain, leading to a tragic confrontation.
