Synopsis

"I don't hate America," declares comedian Bill Maher during I'm Swiss, his seventh HBO stand-up special that was taped in March 2005 in Portland, Oregon. "I love America. (But) I'm ashamed." And there we have not only the source of the title (his bewilderment, he jokes, has led him to pretend he's from another country) but also the gist of Maher's overall presentation on this, his third DVD taken from a show that was shown on first time. on HBO.
