Synopsis

Blinker is relieved his pa has got a cool summer job: life guard. That also allows his sister Ellen, who initially resented coming to the coast, to date there handsome Greenpeace activist Tino. Alas, dad's lookalike Blix Junior, the CEO of a ruthless company which needs to dump its toxic waste barrels, gets them dumped at sea. Dumb police commissioner Vangestel arrests dad and Tino dumps Ellen. Then Blinker discovers the trace of the real culprits.
