Aditya is a privileged young man who helps run his family business as an economics graduate. He is against giving a bonus to employees due to the reduction in profit margin. However, his grandfather opposes him and believes that paying the bonus is their moral duty. His grandfather challenges him to live the life of a worker for 30 days, and if he can, he will take away the bonuses in their company. Aditya accepts the challenge, and through the 30 days finds his entire perspective changed by living outside his sheltered experience.
