Synopsis

Brain Damage is a psychological horror film directed by Frank Henenlotter. The story follows a young man named Brian who becomes addicted to a parasite that gives him euphoric hallucinations but also causes him to commit violent acts.

As Brian's mental state deteriorates, he begins to realize the true horror of his situation and must find a way to rid himself of the parasite before it consumes him completely.
