Synopsis

Bride of Chucky is a 1998 American black comedy slasher film directed by Ronny Yu. It is the fourth installment in the Child's Play film series. The film follows the murderous doll Chucky as he is resurrected by his former girlfriend Tiffany, who becomes his bride after transferring her soul into a female doll.

The movie begins with Tiffany acquiring Chucky's remains and performing a voodoo ritual to bring him back to life. Once Chucky is resurrected, he kills Tiffany and transfers her soul into a doll, creating the Bride of Chucky. The two dolls embark on a killing spree as they seek to transfer their souls into human bodies.

Bride of Chucky received mixed reviews from critics but was praised for its humor and special effects. The film was a commercial success and spawned several sequels in the Child's Play franchise.
