Synopsis
Charlie Chaplin stars as a tramp who falls in love with a blind flower girl in City Lights. The tramp goes to great lengths to help the girl and raise money for an operation to restore her sight. Along the way, he befriends a drunken millionaire who only recognizes him when he's drunk. Despite facing many obstacles, the tramp perseveres in his quest to help the girl and prove his love for her.
