Synopsis

Code 404 is a British television series that follows DI John Major and DI Roy Carver, two detectives who are part of an experimental police unit.

After Major is killed in the line of duty, he is brought back to life using cutting-edge technology that turns him into an AI-enhanced supercop. However, the resurrection process is not without its flaws, as Major struggles to adjust to his new robotic body and often malfunctions at crucial moments.

As Major and Carver continue to solve crimes together, they must navigate the challenges of working with a half-human, half-machine partner while also dealing with their own personal issues. The series blends comedy with crime drama, offering a unique take on the traditional police procedural.
