Constantine's and Helen's
Konstandinos Katakouzinos is an old-fashioned, wealthy, phobia-filled assistant professor of Vyzantine history in Athens. When Konstandinos' uncle dies, his house in Athens becomes a subject of legal dispute with Eleni Vlahaki, the daughter of his uncle's gardener, an open-hearted, most of the time broke, adorable but sometimes annoying waitress. When Konstandinos' uncle died, he left two wills: in the first he leaves the house to his nephew, and in the other to Eleni. There are no evidence as to which will was written last, so they both decide to live under the same roof, until the ownership of the house is settled. Their completely different characters and lifestyles, lead up to a series of comic events, part of which are Manthos, a spoiled wealthy long-time friend of Konstandinos and fond of fast cars and women, Peggy, a friend and waitress at the same bar with Eleni who tries to make her way into the show business (and one of Manthos' fiancés), Matina, neighbor of Konstandinos and Eleni with absolutely no luck in men and Nikolas, the bartender and close friend to Eleni.
