Synopsis

"Il capo dei capi" is an Italian television miniseries based on the life of Salvatore Riina, a notorious Sicilian mafia boss. The series follows Riina's rise to power within the Cosa Nostra organization, his ruthless tactics to eliminate his rivals, and his reign of terror over Sicily during the 1980s and 1990s.
