Synopsis

Kang-Yi is a teenager who lives in an apartment building in the port city of Keelung. Most of her family and the people in the apartment are blind and she helps them. Ah Ping, who grew up on the mainland and only speaks Mandarin, returns to Taiwan after dropping out of the military academy. She stays in the same building and starts dating Kang-Yi. This annoys one of her classmates, who says that she is her girl, and gets her gang of bullies to intimidate Ah Ping.
