Synopsis

This documentary, attempts to approach a more intimate figure of the statesman, whom the latter has always concealed. It allows to discover the father, the grandfather and the writer, but also to clarify many choices, reversals or misunderstandings in his political career. The testimonies of his close relations, his son Philippe, shed new light on the life of De Gaulle.
