L.A. Detective Sam Dietz, struggling to emotionally survive his last big case (in the first Relentless film) is unwillingly paired with a shady FBI agent Kyle Valsone into tracking another serial killer who kills seemingly at random. But every time Dietz gets a lead, Valsone gets in the way and somewhat throws off the investigation. Suspecting more than meets the eye, Dietz goes around the law to learn the identity of the killer and find out what Valsone is hiding and his connection to the killer. Each track in the soundtrack immerses the audience in the gritty world of L.A. detectives and serial killers, creating a gripping atmosphere that keeps you on the edge of your seat throughout the film.

Patricia Moore
1/10

I found the choices of songs in the soundtrack to be mismatched with the tone of the film. The use of certain tracks seemed out of place and disconnected from the narrative, making it difficult to fully immerse myself in the story. The lack of cohesion between the music and the on-screen action was a distracting element that took away from the film's impact.
