Synopsis

Audrey Parker is an FBI-agent with an open mind and without any known relatives. When she is sent to the small town of Haven, Maine to investigate and track down a prison escapee, she discovers that Haven is unlike any other town. It's a town where many "troubled" people live--people who possess supernatural abilities, like changing the weather, making nightmares come alive, or even telepathy. Audrey is thrown into a multitude of cases as she partners up with Nathan Wuornos, a bright young police officer at the local police department. Soon it is discovered that the town of Haven has dealt with supernatural phenomena before, which are known as "the Troubles". Additionally, it becomes apparent that Audrey's past is somehow linked to Haven and the Troubles.
