As the town's only detective, Sarah must race against time to uncover the truth behind the deadly water before more lives are lost.

With the help of a young scientist, Sarah delves into the town's history and uncovers a dark secret that has been hidden for decades. As they get closer to the truth, they realize that someone is willing to do anything to keep it buried.
