Synopsis

Death Spa is a horror film about a health club that becomes the setting for a series of gruesome deaths. The spa is run by Michael, who is obsessed with his deceased wife, Catherine. Strange occurrences begin happening at the spa, such as equipment malfunctioning and mysterious accidents. As the body count rises, it becomes clear that the spa is haunted by Catherine's vengeful spirit.
