Synopsis

DIPLOMACY is an original series and spiritual successor to THE WEST WING. Many of the themes found in Diplomacy were inspired by the iconic political drama. Centered around the cult board game of the same name, and the people smart enough to play it, this series follows the world's best players at the World Diplomacy Championship. Our conduit to this realm is the US Diplomacy Team as they try to defend their title. Securing treaties with hostile nations, negotiating ceasefires, backstabbing allies to expand one's reach across the globe: in the end, only one nation can have absolute control of the board, and in a dogfight for everything, drama is everywhere.
