Synopsis

Divergence is a thrilling science fiction novel that takes place in a dystopian future where society is divided into five factions based on different virtues: Abnegation, Amity, Candor, Dauntless, and Erudite. The story follows the protagonist, Tris Prior, who discovers she is Divergent, meaning she does not fit into any one faction.
