"Don't Worry, I'm Fine" is a story about Lili, a 19-year-old girl who returns from a holiday in Barcelona to find that her twin brother, Loic, has mysteriously moved out without a word. Her parents refuse to discuss the situation with her, leading Lili to spiral into depression and stop eating.
After collapsing in class, Lili is committed to a psychiatric hospital where she finally starts eating again after receiving a letter from her missing twin. Concerned about Loic's well-being, she decides to search for him, but her efforts are in vain for a year.
One day, Lili sees her father sending a postcard from the town where Loic is supposed to be staying, leading her to confront him. She learns that her brother has passed away in a climbing accident while she was in Spain, but her parents had kept it a secret from her.
Despite discovering her brother's favorite guitar in her father's car and realizing the truth, Lili chooses not to confront her parents about it, leaving the mystery unresolved.
