Synopsis

Marvin Reid just lost his job, has a father he can't forgive for cheating on his late mother many years ago, and comes home to an Asian girlfriend who he feels doesn't understand him anymore. Through an old school friend named Mike, Marvin found himself on a drug known as Dream Candy. The seller of the Dream Candy is a very dangerous character named Davinder Makesh who manipulates Marvin into taking the drug. He makes Marvin believe that all his problems will go away. But that's so far from the truth, as the drug affects Marvin's life for the worse as his life spirals into a dark underworld filled with mystery and confusion. Marvin can't tell what's real and what's not.
