Synopsis

Earth: Final Conflict is a science fiction television series that follows the arrival of an androgynous alien species called the Taelons on Earth. The Taelons claim to be companions of humanity, promising to put an end to crime, illness, and famine.

However, some people are suspicious of the Taelons and form a resistance movement. The resistance soon discovers that the force sustaining the Taelons is breaking down, leading the aliens to use humans as test subjects in experiments to save their species.

The show initially focuses on Commander William Boone and his partner, Captain Lili Marquette, who work for both the Taelons and the resistance. After Boone's death, a new protagonist, Major Liam Kincaid, is introduced, and the series begins to explore the strengths of its ensemble cast.
