Synopsis

Hanson and the Beast is a Chinese fantasy comedy film directed by Xiao Yang. The story follows a debt-ridden taxi driver named Hanson who accidentally frees a beast while trying to pay off his debts. The beast turns out to be a beautiful woman named Bai Xianchu who is under a curse. In order to break the curse, Hanson must help Bai Xianchu find true love. As they embark on this journey, they face various challenges and comedic situations.
