Synopsis

Forbidden City Cop is a Hong Kong action comedy film directed by Vincent Kok and Stephen Chow. The film is set in ancient China and follows the story of Ling Ling Chat, a bumbling imperial guard who is tasked with protecting the Emperor's daughter, Princess Pei Pei.

When Princess Pei Pei is kidnapped by a group of rebels, Ling Ling Chat must use his unique skills and wit to rescue her and save the day. Along the way, he teams up with a group of misfit warriors and faces off against a powerful villain who is determined to overthrow the Emperor.
