Grease 2 is a 1982 American musical film directed by Patricia Birch. It is a sequel to the 1978 film Grease, which was based on the 1971 musical of the same name. The film stars Maxwell Caulfield as Michael Carrington, a British exchange student who falls for Stephanie Zinone, played by Michelle Pfeiffer.
The story follows Michael as he tries to win Stephanie's heart by joining the T-Birds, a group of greasers at Rydell High School. However, Stephanie is more interested in the mysterious "Cool Rider" who rides a motorcycle.
As Michael tries to impress Stephanie and fit in with the T-Birds, he must also contend with the Pink Ladies, a group of girls who are friends with Stephanie. The film features catchy songs and dance numbers, as well as plenty of teenage drama and romance.
Grease 2 received mixed reviews upon its release, but has since gained a cult following among fans of musicals and 80s nostalgia.
