Synopsis

In the wake of the blood-soaked encounter with the Boogeyman in Halloween (1978), Michael Myers, the embodiment of evil, finds himself filled with lead, courtesy of Dr Sam Loomis. But evil never quits. And as Laurie Strode fights for her life in the Haddonfield Memorial Hospital, Myers grabs a scalpel, hell-bent on finishing what he has started. As a result, those who stand in his way meet their swift, bloody end.

In the meantime, as the implacable killer lurks in the shadows of the hospital's ill-lit corridors, Loomis and Sheriff Leigh Brackett are sniffing for clues. However, a shocking dark secret awaits them. After all, no one can stop "The Shape", the relentless messenger of death.
