Wayne Montgomery was Delaware's most prolific serial killer. From 1986 to 1989, he was responsible for the deaths of countless people, while he was able to have a quiet life in the suburbs with his wife Andrea. In 1989, he took an extended hiatus from his job to settle down and help raise a family. In 2006, Wayne used coming out of his retirement to continue his life's work, and Andrea now joins him in her craft. The grisly details of Wayne and Andrea's gruesome crimes were captured on Wayne's video camera, a sick and twisted way to relive the experience over and over again. Hundreds of hours of shocking footage shot over a period of several months has been edited into a feature film, with the cooperation of the families of the victims. This footage is now featured as the HEAD CASE feature film. Award winning filmmaker Anthony Spadaccini.
