Synopsis

High Ground

In a remote Australian community, a group of Indigenous Australians are massacred by white settlers. A young Indigenous man, Gutjuk, witnesses the brutal attack and is rescued by a former soldier, Travis. Years later, Gutjuk is asked to help track down the perpetrators of the massacre. As Gutjuk and Travis journey through the dangerous terrain, they must confront their own pasts and the legacy of violence that continues to haunt them.
