I found the repetitive use of certain musical motifs in the film's soundtrack to be monotonous and distracting. Instead of enhancing the storytelling, the music became repetitive and failed to add any new layers of meaning to the narrative.

The soundtrack of I Dream in Another Language felt disconnected from the rich cultural context of the story. It did not effectively convey the essence of the indigenous language, the characters' struggles, or the depth of the forbidden love story. The music felt like an afterthought rather than a vital component of the film's emotional resonance.

The music in the film serves as a powerful storytelling device, conveying emotions and themes that words alone cannot express, deepening the audience's understanding of the characters and their motivations.
