Synopsis

The Abduction of Kari Swenson

In the summer of 1984, Kari Swenson, a world-class biathlete, was training in the mountains of Montana when she was abducted by two men.

The men, Don Nichols and his son Dan, were survivalists who had been living in the wilderness for years.

They wanted Kari to be a wife for Dan, and when she refused, they kidnapped her.

Kari was held captive for several days before she was able to escape and seek help.
