Synopsis

It Was the Son

In a small Italian town, a wealthy man is murdered in his own home. The prime suspect is his own son, Nicola, who has a history of drug addiction and violence. As the investigation unfolds, the truth about the family's dark secrets and hidden resentments begins to surface.

Nicola's siblings, his mother, and the town's residents all have their own motives and alibis, making it difficult for the police to determine who is telling the truth. As the tension rises, the family's facade of wealth and privilege begins to crumble, revealing a web of lies and deceit that has been carefully constructed over the years.

It Was the Son is a gripping tale of betrayal, revenge, and redemption, where the true killer may not be who they seem to be.
