Synopsis

Kölcsönlakás is a Hungarian film directed by Ferenc Török. The story follows a young couple, Márton and Eszter, who decide to rent an apartment in Budapest. However, their seemingly perfect new home turns out to have a dark secret.

As Márton and Eszter start to uncover the mysteries of their rented apartment, they realize that the previous tenant disappeared under mysterious circumstances. The couple becomes increasingly paranoid as strange things start happening in the apartment.
