Synopsis

The bored caliph dreams of a life without worries. He looks out the window at the dancing storks and envies them. One day, in the personal belongings of a caught thief, he finds a box with a mysterious powder and a note in Latin. The thief who owns this box turns out to be an evil sorcerer and reveals to the caliph the secret of the powder: it allows you to turn into any animal and understand the language of animals - just inhale a pinch of powder and pronounce the magic word "mutabor". To reverse the transformation, you need to say the same word again. However, there is a condition: under the influence of the powder, in no case should you laugh, because in this case the magic word is forgotten.
