An aging woman of 60 recalls the high points in her life. In her childhood she showed respect for her parents and the surrounding social community. When she went to school barefoot, the priest in the religion class offered to buy her shoes, but her father refused out of sense of his own responsibility. She carried this simple code of life to the present. She marries an unpretentious guy, and eventually they have two children. When her husband accidentally drowns, she raises the kids, and when they grow up she is there for them to help in their daily problems.
