Synopsis

Defying discovery, the notorious Skull Island, a small uncharted haven in the South Pacific encircled by a perpetual storm system, harbours a uniquely complex and self-contained ecosystem.

With the intention of making ground-breaking discoveries but utterly clueless of what they would find there, an exploration and research team led by scientist Bill Randa will boldly go where no man has ever gone before, completely cut-off from civilisation.

But, soon, as strange and reason-defying encounters with magnificent, yet unclassified species start to baffle the esteemed scientists, one thing will become quite clear: apparently, we humans, never owned this blue planet.
