Synopsis

La Cage aux Folles II is a French-Italian comedy film directed by Édouard Molinaro. It is a sequel to the 1978 film La Cage aux Folles.

The story follows Renato and Albin, a gay couple who run a drag nightclub in Saint-Tropez. When Renato's son, Laurent, announces his engagement to the daughter of a conservative politician, Renato and Albin must pretend to be straight to impress their future in-laws.

As tensions rise and misunderstandings ensue, Renato and Albin find themselves in a series of hilarious situations as they try to navigate their way through the charade.
