Synopsis

Lakota Moon is a romantic drama film that tells the story of a young Lakota woman named Star Waters who returns to her reservation after studying in the city. She is torn between two worlds - the traditional ways of her people and the modern lifestyle she has experienced in the city.

As Star tries to find her place in the community, she meets a handsome young man named Johnny Black Horse. Their attraction is immediate, but they must overcome cultural differences and family expectations to be together.

When a sacred Lakota ceremony is threatened by outside forces, Star and Johnny must come together to protect their heritage and preserve their love.
