Synopsis

In New York, the simple and naive recent journalism graduate Andrea Sachs is hired to work as the second assistant to the powerful and sophisticated Miranda Priestly, the ruthless and ruthless executive of fashion magazine Runway. Andrea dreams of becoming a journalist and sees the opportunity as a temporary career challenge. First assistant Emily advises Andrea on the behavior and preferences of her cruel boss, and stylist Nigel helps Andrea dress more appropriately for the environment. Andrea changes her attitude and behavior, affecting her private life and her relationship with her boyfriend Nate, her family and her friends.
