Murders in the Vercors Soundtrack (2019)

Synopsis

In the heart of the mountain pastures of the Vercors, at the heart of the French Alps, a shepherd is murdered. The whole village suspects the former schoolteacher, because the herdsman ruined her career a few years previously, when he found out that she was dating his 17-year-old nephew.. The young man now returns to the village, risking to worsen the situation as the tension increases. But two investigators are assigned to find the murderer, a young judicial police officer and a wolfcraft chief intendant (in charge of regulating wildlife in the countryside). The duo will, through their investigation, raise other human problems at the origin of the murder, further disturbing the relations between the villagers, just as their own relationship takes a romantic turn.
