Synopsis

The selection committee, consisting of three employees of the regional executive committee (Violetta Nuykina, the wife of the professor, Gennadiy Semyonov, a scoff, a womanizer and a drinker, and the chairman of the commission, Yuriy Devyatov, a former military lawyer) refused to sign the act of accepting the bakery from - for imperfections, although in principle the plant can bake bread. The commission, returning from the acceptance of the object, is accompanied incognito by Leonid Shindin, the chief dispatcher of the SMU, which built the object. His colleague, the head of the production department of the SMU Malisov, and Shindin's wife Alla, a subordinate of Malisov, are traveling with him.
