Synopsis

Not Alone

In a world where technology has taken over human interaction, a young woman named Sarah finds herself feeling more isolated than ever. She spends her days scrolling through social media, comparing her life to the seemingly perfect ones she sees online.

One day, Sarah receives a mysterious message on her phone that simply says, "You are not alone." Intrigued, she follows the message to a support group for people struggling with loneliness.

Through the group, Sarah learns that she is not the only one feeling disconnected in a hyper-connected world. She finds comfort in sharing her struggles with others who understand and support her.

As Sarah navigates her way through this new community, she begins to realize that true connection doesn't come from likes or followers, but from genuine human connection and empathy.

Through her journey, Sarah learns to put down her phone and truly engage with the world around her, forming deep and meaningful relationships that help her feel truly seen and understood.
